Multi piece construction, in silver gilt presenting a five armed decoration in red enamels with ball finials and a silver leaf between each quadrant, the obverse presents a rampant left facing crowned lion, the reverse presents a different Czechoslovakian symbol on each arm in multicoloured enamels and the inscription CSR in the center with a silver surrounding ring inscribed PRAVDA VITEZI, surmounted by a wreath with
