Someone more knowledgable than I dates it to about 1880s

I am pretty certain this one dates to the 1960s as the others in the shop do

including of other better shop students than I completing the knife boxes and tie racks and bird houses and foot stools represented in these plans

many of quite poignant and absolutely frame worthy

A bit of research reveals that it is in fact a Victorian era invalid carriage I've included an advertisement from the 1890s featuring one very similar, as well as an array of others designed to meet specific needs. The one pictured in the drawing, and the delicate drawing itself, make me think a bit of Little
