Garage Wine Co. Las Higueras Vineyard 2016 Cabernet Franc Lot #82 Navarra Jory-Geldermann and Nekia soil)This Cabernet Franc grows on old bush head vines in the Maule. It was farmed by hand and horse using age old methods of dry farming. This bottle contains grapes, fermented with native yeasts, punched down by hand, pressed manually and barrel aged for two winters. Whilst very drinkable now, with proper collaring it will develop for years to come. This is lot #82. Individually hand stamped with bottle number. Recycled bottles. Recycled crayon capsule.
