The 'cuckow of Carolina and the chinkapin' mb-height 3693 Saint John the Baptist'Cuculus caroliniensis', the cuckow of Carolina, perched on a branch of the 'Castanea pumila Virginiana', the chinkapin shrub (Catesby's identifications; modern scientific names: Coccyzus americanus, the yellow billed cuckoo; Castanea pumila, the Allegheny chinquapin).
