The destemmed grapes fermented in concrete with a 32 day maceration and matured for 14 months in a 10,000 liter oak vat they bought from Alin. It's primary, fruit driven and ripe, with freshness and balance, and it has 14% alcohol, good acidity, fine grained tannins
