Dark background with squared off corners. Inscribed: 'G. B. Black. H. Adlard. Jas. Wm. Gilbart, F. R. S. General Manager of the London & Westminster Bank.' In pencil lower left 'Elected 1846'. James William Gilbart was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society in 1846. Original: stipple engraving. ca. 1850
