Small Ball in Cage Whimsy with Pointed Ends old fishing floats and I am not sureA simple but lovely little whimsy, which makes me think a bit of a seed pod with one big seed inside! It's got some age mid 20th century I would guess and fits perfectly in one's palm, making it a nice one to carry around. 3 1 16" l x 3 4" in diameter. Great condition.
