Cedric Bouchard, Rose de Saignee Le Creux d'Enfer Vintage:2021 Refined and complexThe 2013 Ros de Saigne Le Creux d'Enfer has evolved beautifully, mingling notes of sweet red berries and orange rind with hints of poached pear, spices and fresh bread. Medium to full bodied, elegant and precise, if the 2012 is concentrated and tightly wound, the 2013 is bright, fine boned and charming, with a racy spine of acidity and delicately chalky phenolic structure. Charming and perfumed, this is drinking beautifully today.
