Blue and White Hand-painted Antique German Stoneware Milk Pitcher 1980s ceramics and I believe dates fromI'm rather obsessed with this old German milk pitcher I love the image of someone painstakingly painting all those rows of little blue triangles, which add up to the most perfectly imperfect surface decoration; just gorgeous. Over the years this pitcher has accumulated a really wonderful patina, too, with a little darkening here and there, which gives it just a fantastic presence and warmth. I can imagine building a whole kitchen even a whole cottage!
