Made by the American Can Co. for dusting powder used for cleaning rifles I believe, with great lettering and what looks like an eye at the center of the label, which marks the spot to press it. Late 19th century. 4 1 2" l x 2 3 4" in diameter x 1 1 8". Good condition, sound and sturdy, with general wear and scattered light
