They are also perfect to hold whilst meditating. This palm stone is made from Sodalite. Sodalite is one of my favourites. It has a beautiful blue colour and can be slightly mottled in its appearance. Quite often the more you look at this stone the deeper you can look in to it and see an array of different colour blues and textures. The crystal
