Vintage cameo horse, brown jade, carved mother of pearl flowers, turquoise heart and cabochon's on an 18" strand of turquoise and Peruvian opals with Navajo pearls. Centerpiece measures approximately 2" wide by 4 3 4"high, including the turquoise heart dangle.
