Johnny King (1912 1963) fought a remarkable 225 times at flyweight and later, bantamweight, winning 149 times with 49 losses and 14 draws. In 1932 he beat Dick Corbett on points to claim the British and British Empire bantamweight titles. The following year he lost a world title bout against Panama Al Brown on points. In 1934 King fought Corbett twice more for the British and Empire bantamweight belts, losing the
