Late 19th/Very Early 20th Century Pennsylvania Folk Art Penny Rug replaced handle including for being able toI spotted this one spread out under a table at a very good antique show in Pennsylvania and quickly pulled it right up and away with me. I like penny rugs as a thing, but rarely come across one I really love this one to my eye just right, with strong graphic appeal due to those blacks, but nice soft colors everywhere else, including the hand dyed cotton ground, which shows some fading bleeding, all to the good in my opinion. 51" x 24 3 4".
