Wide Mouthed, Pink Skinned Bill Ward Folk Art Head Signed fish pattern I think they're just soI've found nothing about the Bill Ward who signed this, but a pretty great carved head I think it is, reminding me some of the work of Ernie Richardson (Damascus, VA) and with a bit of Shields Landon Jones about it, too especially the very wide mouth!
