NV Lady of the Sunshine Solera No.2 Rose of Pinot Noir San Luis Obispo County, USA Buona Notte thinning and canopy managementThis NV Solera Rose of Pinot Noir is from the Mountain Meadow Vineyard that we lease and farm in the northwest mountains of the SLO Coast AVA. We have been farming this 4 acre dry farmed, headtrained vineyard since the beginning of 2023. This vineyard site is a whimsical meadow plot in the mountains above Cayucos, sitting above 1600 feet elevation while only 4 miles from the coast. This wine is composed of 75% 2023 wine and 25% 2024 fermenting wine,
