The blend is mostly from Vertus, along with parcels in Le Mesnil sur Oger Grand Cru, Oger Grand Cru, Avize Grand Cru, and Cramant Grand Cru. Only a touch of the blend goes through malolactic fermentation, surprising due to the mouth coating
