In 2021, as a result of the ongoing work of studying our soils aided by consultant Pedro Parra, we selected the best 500L barrel from the best vineyard in each of our 3 soil types sand, limestone and granite while keeping as many of the other variables constant. This is a 100% single vineyard Syrah from a east facing slope behind our winery in Vidigueira. Bottled at the family estate October 2023.
