2023 Michel Gahier, Arbois Rouge Trousseau "La Vigne de Mademoiselle D", Jura, France Maison Valette Tue Boeuf vinifies and bottlesMademoiselle D because the previous owner was Isabelle Dole. All Trousseau Noir, in a site next to the Louis vineyard, its a 0. 5 ha plot acquired in 2022 with a mix of plantings that are 80 yrs and 45 yrs old. The wine has more density and structure than the classic trio and would benefit from some longer cellaring. The 2022 was only bottled in Mag, the 2023 in 750ml.
