Farmed by Prudy Foxx, this site is ideal for producing Pinot Noir with beautiful fruit and natural acidity. The site is planted to sandy clay loam soils and is home to many different clones, specifically 667 & 777, which Farm Cottage uses. Harvested on 10 2 23, the grapes were placed directly into tank as 50% whole clusters. A natural pied de cuve was placed in tank on day 2.
