striking piece of black onyx crystal set in a piece of silver wire that wraps around to hold it and connect to the bale

It has some fabulous formation lines which meet the surface in some areas

Please look closely at the photos before buying - there are a couple of fine coppery coloured lines on his surface - not unusual on a piece of largish stone - I have knocked 1/3 of the price off
