The blend is roughly 65% Nebbiolo with Croatina and Vespolina, grown on the volcanic derived sandy soils of the Biellese hills much more acidic than the Langhe's clay limestone, which translates into lower alcohol, brisker acid, and a unique mineral character with a faint sanguine
