Whole cluster fermentation with no additives. Carbonic maceration for the first 8 days. Then pressed to remove solids and finish fermentation in just juice to achieve a fruity, energetic wine. Aged 6 months in french oak; sulfur added before bottling. Total SO2 = 20 mg L
