A rigorous green harvest was perhaps the determining factor the Pinards green harvested up to 35% of the crop to allow the vines to concentrate their efforts, the equivalent of 28 hl ha. The result is a very refreshing Sancerre with flavors of pear, pineapple and elderflower. There's a hint of fleshy tenderness and supple character.
