Domaine Bachelet-Monnot Santenay Vieilles Vignes, Cote de Beaune, France 2021 Chateau Gilette Revealing a deep purple colorAnother good mid purple colour and while the bouquet suggests some weight, it doesnt quite have the same charm in the bouquet. The palate does indeed proffer the anticipated fruit weight with an extra little tingle of acidity. Darker raspberry throughout.
