The interesting Jacquère grapes were pressed directly and fermentation and maturation occurred in tanks

The grapes were destemmed into egg shaped fermenters and topped with a small amount of Riesling from Sunnyside Vineyard - bringing some additional acidity to the blend

The final wine has the verve and pedigree of those within the AOC
