Various terraces and parcels from Hamm and Rottgen, the two grand crus able to be worked only by hand on dramatic AF terraces. The wine has an insane grip phenolics, texture, but still in classic Renard form cuts like an arrow. It is salty, makes your mouth water and is endlessly drinkable. from the importer
