That search for a deeper connection to land and nature led him to the Jura and in 2018, Domaine Bienaim was born. It took three years of patient, determined scouting before Bruno unearthed his first parcels: a handful of plots in Arlay, followed by a foothold near the storied slopes of Chteau Chalon. Today, the
