fermented in stainless steel using wild yeasts and left to age shortly on the lees for extra depth

2023 | Clos Floridène | Graves Marcel Couturier The Champagne is at itsBright plum colour, with vibrant red fruit character, classically fresh acidities for the appellation, balanced and sappy. Tannins a little rustic, but the arrival of sweet damson fruit keeps this as an unfussy early drinker. A consisently enjoyable wine from the Dubourdieu family. Jane Anson
