2025 Scar of The Sea Pinot Noir Rose Topotero Methode Ancestral Sparkling Pax GROSSE LAGE®The Topotero Vineyard is located one mile from the Pacific Ocean, just west of Bassi, in Avila Beach . The Topotero Vineyard received its Demeter biodynamic certification for farming in 2024. The Pinot Noir was picked for natural acidity and foot tread before being whole cluster pressed.
