· Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
· Handle communications professionally via email, phone, and other digital platforms.
· Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
· Maintain internal records and ensure timely updates of all files and documentation.
· Assist in coordinating projects and following up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
· Support HR and finance tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing receipts or employee records.

· Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of work.
· Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any relevant field.
· Additional certifications in office administration or project coordination are a plus.
· Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role.
· Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
· Familiarity with project management and communication tools like Trello, Slack, Zoom, or Asana.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
· High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
· Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote collaboration tools.
